We all have fears and we know what they are. Like any bride or groom, such fears which sometimes manifest in form of negative thoughts that flash every once in a while before you in the day or at night. I have mine as well, and I’ll share them with you in the hopes that you’ll do the same with us!

•  Fear of someone objecting to the union of me and my fiance when the officiating Pastor asks if anyone does. Don't ask me if I have committed any atrocity to warrant this but this thought scares me...
•  I have a fear of having a big red patch, the size of the continent of Africa, on the back of my white wedding gown thanks to aunt Flo. Again, your mind is wandering, let it but wander. After all, most fears are too good to be true.
• I also have a fear of having too many people at my wedding, particular people I do not know personally.  Yes, this one is a big fear o. I do not understand why a person should attend an event where he or she doesn't know the celebrants personally. (So bear with me, but I guess I'm a bit Agoraphobic)
• I have a fear of not fitting into my wedding dress. Ehn, be it growing bigger or thinner before my wedding, I fear not looking spectacular in my wedding gown.
• Another fear of mine is my makeup not being perfect. Let's just say because I trained as a make up artiste, I hate seeing brides with powder and eyeshadow running.  So everyday, I think to myself that if I decide to trust my makeup into another person's hands, it must be someone I am totally sure of. (I cannot be looking at wedding pictures or videos later and regretting not doing my make up myself biko)
• I have an insane fear of my groom not showing up on my big day. You know, I grew up hearing stories of how Aunt this or sister that had been left hanging by brother..... (This one calls for major prayer and fasting. Biko, This is not my portion IJN)
•  I have a fear of falling face flat as I walk down the aisle. This one is not as great as the other fears but it still scares me. Sometimes, I tell myself I'd rather wear flats than embarrass myself.
• I have a fear of someone stealing my "shine" on my day or things not going as planned. Often times, I've been called meticulous and a perfectionist. Not my fault though, mama trained me like that. But really, I have a morbid fear of any thought of imperfection happening on my big day.
• A close friend of mine once said she has the fear of wine being spilled on her dress.
• Another said she has the fear of being asked to dance as she knows she is pathetic when it comes to dancing.

I am sure I have way more fears than these but here are some!
